How it works
- 1Order here — with or without a shipping label.
- 2Pack your bottles carefully and post them to us.
- 3We make your candles by hand in our atelier.
- 4A few days later, they are with you.
About 70% of bottles survive cutting and grinding. So, if you can, send us at least two — should one break, we look for one as similar as possible.
With a shipping label, you receive a label from us for a parcel up to 45 cm (shortest plus longest side). Please measure your parcel before ordering.
Shipping
We ship within Austria, carefully packed by hand — it usually reaches you in about a week. Pieces made to order are sent as soon as they are finished.

Care & safety
Wash the glass by hand in warm water; not suitable for the dishwasher.
Safety information in accordance with EN 15493
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Do not burn near anything that can catch fire.
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting.
Refill
Once it has burnt down, we refill the very same glass.

14-day right of withdrawal, except for pieces made to order.
