Has your Connaisseur candle burnt down? Send us the glass — we refill it, and it comes back to you as a candle. The same glass, the same origin.

How it works
- 1Order here — with a shipping label, if you wish.
- 2Pack the candle carefully, ideally in the packaging it came in.
- 3Attach the shipping label and drop the parcel at your nearest post office.
- 4As soon as we have refilled it, it is on its way back to you.
The shipping label covers sending it to our atelier (parcels up to 45 cm: shortest plus longest side).
Shipping
We ship within Austria, carefully packed by hand — it usually reaches you in about a week. Pieces made to order are sent as soon as they are finished.
Complimentary shipping from €200.
Care & safety
Wash the glass by hand in warm water; not suitable for the dishwasher.
Safety information in accordance with EN 15493
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Do not burn near anything that can catch fire.
- Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting.
